It is true that the elements that make up the dining experience are universal.
The set up, the plate, the purpose. However, at Pillars every cuisine has a very special purpose and set of rules.
THE BEGINNINGS
It all started with a patty and the guys in 2015 where the weekly guys night turned into experimentations ,that grew into tasting sessions. The love for food alongside the determination of months of research and development led to the creation of one of Saudi’s favorite burger concepts: Section-B.
now nearing half a decade our brands have reached three cities, six different menus hosting thousands of guests that are the binding factor of our hard work.
THE REASON FOR BEING
We have studied what makes encounters memorable and combined these elements in a way that makes dining at our concepts a truly exclusive and unique experience. It is important for us to introduce new flavors, unprecedented combinations and an ambience to experience these factors in.
And we further develop spaces for these memorable experiences that allows you to enjoy the excitement you have when walking into a restaurant for the first time.
In Pillars we aim to create brands that fulfill the dining experience as a social one that can be felt with every individual walking into our doorsteps.
We design each concept in order for our guests to realize the meals they are enjoying do not only feed their appetite for delicious food but their curiosity for new flavors and experiences.
